Hall offered a 10,000 square foot warehouse at 5117 Harding Place, near Metro jails out in the Antioch area. The sheriff also provided employee and inmate volunteers and the equipment needed to move thousands of toys.

Metro Nashville Animal Care and Control added...

We are hosting the final orientation for 2017 - make the best possible resolution and get to volunteering! The orientation is required. Orientation will be held at MACC in the community room. MACC is located at 5125 Harding Place, Nashville 37211. Please make sure you bring your ID with you. Orientation lasts approximately 30 minutes and goes over the basics of what volunteering at MACC is about. It will give you an idea of what is required from you and if volunteering with us is the right fit for you! Immediately following this orientation will be a Shelter 101, Dog 101 and Cat 101 that is required before new volunteers can start working at the shelter. You are welcome to stay and attend. This training lasts about an hour and is again required to begin volunteering at the shelter. Please join us and get started on building your new adventure helping save and enrich shelter animals' lives! RSVP to volunteer.macc@nashville.gov if you will be attending. If you can't attend this orientation, keep an eye out for future emails with orientation dates!
