  • Abintra Montessori School reviewed by a parent

We have been at Abintra for 7 years now. I can say that the school's commitment to improving and changing based on the needs of the students is tremendous. In our experience, the administration and staff are very accessible and responsive to parents concerns or questions. There is no place that is perfect, but I feel confident that the core of the school's values of respect for everyone are sincerely held and carried out. We chose and continue to choose this school for many reasons like: they value growing whole human beings (not just children who can produce work and get "good" grades), teachings are based in science and evidence, a belief in the importance of age-appropriate sexuality education, valuing family and free time by not instituting homework, and a wonderful supportive community.
