    A Rutherford County judge ruled on Friday that all the stores padlocked during raids during Operation Candy Crush can be reopened. Circuit Court Judge Royce Taylor said the 23 stores closed for selling CBD products could reopen. Keys and cash registers are being returned to the business owners.

More than a dozen cars have been stolen near Clarksville Pike and 18th Avenue North.  In Madison, Gallatin Pike near Old Hickory Boulevard has been a common target, with at least 12 cars stolen.

More than 300 cars were taken last month compared to just over 200 stolen in January of 2017. Metro police make their crime data available on a website called CrimeMapping.com.

There are about 50 students enrolled at the school at 1506 Mary St., well below the 190 students Rocketship expected when it opened the school last fall, said Cheye Calvo, Rocketship's chief growth and community engagement officer.
