The Frist Art Museum is at 919 Broadway. The galleries, cafe and gift shop are open seven days a week.  The new fristartmuseum.org website should be up by 11 a.m. Monday.

    The Frist Center for the Visual Arts is planning to change its name to the Frist Art Museum, effective Monday, April 2. Museum officials are expected to make the official announcement at 11 a.m., complete with a look at the new Frist Art Museum logo, a new fristartmuseum.org website and, later, exterior signage to reflect the change.
