Rucker-Stewart Middle School will be hosting its annual Veterans Day program at 8 a.m. Nov. 10 at 350 Hancock St., Gallatin.

    Hendersonville Mayor Jamie Clary has signed a proclamation encouraging citizens to support veterans by leaving the porch lights on. The Hendersonville Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 9831 Auxiliary Group is leading the charge for the effort among Veterans Day activities.
