Public Meeting on I-440 February 22, 2018 Christ the King School, 3105 Belmont Blvd. 6:00-7:30pm After three years of successfully working to get the much-needed improvements to I-440 funded, the project is now moving along. Shovels are scheduled to go in the ground this summer. While we all know the work is badly needed, it is a substantial project, and the scope has grown. It is important for you to know what to expect in the coming months and years. To keep you fully informed about the I-440 project, our State Representative, John Ray Clemmons will be hosting another informational meeting with state and local officials on February 22 from 6:00-7:30pm at Christ the King School. If you plan on attending, please RSVP to email@example.com so we can plan accordingly. Many thanks to Rep. Clemmons for working for our community!
From Councilwoman Allen: Construction of Fahrenheit Yoga — Neighbors have probably noticed the demolition of the building at the corner of Kirkwood and 12th South. Fahrenheit Yoga, a hot yoga studio, is coming to 12th South. Fahrenheit was located in Brentwood for the last 6 years and outgrew the space they were in. They will be building a new 4300-4500 sq ft facility and plan to be open for operation in the fall of 2018. I will be setting up a community meeting later in the winter so neighbors can learn about the construction schedule.
