    For six-and-a-half years, a woman 4,000 miles away from Tennessee has given her heart to preserving the memory of the more than 58,000 Americans killed in the Vietnam War. Now she needs help from the Volunteer State. "My entire high school years was Vietnam," said Janna Hoehn, speaking to News4 from her home in Hawaii.

Nashville police mapping reveals hot spots for stolen cars

More than a dozen cars have been stolen near Clarksville Pike and 18th Avenue North.  In Madison, Gallatin Pike near Old Hickory Boulevard has been a common target, with at least 12 cars stolen.

    Published: NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) - Thieves are stealing Nashville cars in numbers not seen in a decade. In January of this year, that trend has continued. More than 300 cars were taken last month compared to just over 200 stolen in January of 2017. Metro police make their crime data available on a website called CrimeMapping.com.

Kick off weekend with 'Freaky Friday: The Musical'

The show runs through Feb. 24.  Elephant Gallery is at 1411 Buchanan St.  Hours are 2-6 p.m. Friday, noon-6 p.m. Saturday and by appointment.  Admission is free.

Four now arrested in killing of 16-year-old girl in Cayce Homes

Mohamed Miray, 21, of Hickory Hollow Place, was taken into custody during a traffic stop Monday evening at 18th Avenue North and Clarksville Pike, making him the fourth suspect arrested in the Oct. 8 killing of Deberianah Begley.
