    The Gulch will soon be home to a Knoxville-based burger joint. Stock and Barrel, known for its craft burgers, bourbon and craft beer, is headed to 601 Ninth Ave. S., according to Nashville Post. The building, formerly the home of Bongo Java's roasting operations, is also home to Uncommon James and is near Rudy's Jazz Room, Night Train Pizza and Scout's Barbershop.
