    Police said Lindsey Cowan, 28, of Knoxville and Rachel Johnson, 27, of Oak Ridge were riding scooters when they collided with a Lexus in the middle of the intersection with Union Street and 5th Avenue North in Nashville. Two East Tennessee women were injured in a reported hit-and-run in Nashville Sunday night, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
