The victim said the employee shot him in his foot outside the store at 2600 Jefferson St. on Wednesday night.
Metro Police confirmed Wednesday evening that their Gang Unit arrested Jonathan Chatman, 20, at an apartment complex on Buena Vista Pike. Chatman is being charged in the shooting death of Charlie Brown Jr. that occurred February 24 near the intersection of 26th Avenue North and Alameda Street.

According to police, officers spotted Portis at Fifth Avenue North and Church Street. When they tried to take him into custody, Portis reportedly ran. He made it several blocks before he was apprehended at Fourth Avenue North and Commerce Street.
Brown was found dead from a gunshot wound at 8 a.m. Saturday morning in an alley in the 2600 block of Alameda Street.
Police say the 20-year-old black man was found lying in the grass near 26th Avenue North and Alameda Street with a head injury consistent with a gunshot wound.
