CLOSE May is National Burger Month. It's also National Salad Month, but I'm going to wait a minute on that to pay homage to the food that I love so much even cartoon versions of it make me hungry. Seriously, when I was little and watched Wimpy eating hamburgers on Popeye cartoons, I always wanted one so badly.

After 96 years in business, The Pie Wagon, a meat-and-three known as a go-to back in its heyday for Nashville's music industry community, will close its doors after lunch service tomorrow.
