    Get ready for the Tennessee Beer and Wine Festival. The annual event offers attendees the chance to sample more than 100 beers and 90 selections of wine. Samples will include local favorites Tennessee Brew Works and the Black Abbey Brewing Co. Funds raised will go to local charities in Donelson and Hermitage.

Culture picks: Artist recreates iconic works with sculptures made of crayons

Oct. 12-28 at The Larry Keeton Theatre, 108 Donelson Pike (in the Fiftyforward Building), Nashville. Performances at 7 p.m., Thursdays-Saturdays (dinner seating at 5:45 p.m.); 2 p.m., Sundays (dinner seating at 12:45 p.m.). Tickets $20-$30 at thelarrykeetontheatre.org or 615-883-8375.

The installation will be up through Nov. 18 and is appropriate for children 14 and older. Oz Arts is at 6172 Cockrill Bend Circle. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.  Admission is free.
